The Operator provides a separate information-technology service to the Buyer and Supplier. The supply agreement is concluded between them. Under the current model, the Operator does not receive, hold or split payment for goods, acquire goods into ownership, or deliver them in its own name.
If the actual payment, fee, logistics or ownership model changes, this status and the full contract set must be reviewed before enabling that feature.
