These Rules set minimum requirements for goods and content on the aluber B2B Platform. They supplement the Supplier's contract and do not replace mandatory sector-specific rules.
1. Lawfulness of goods
1.1. The Supplier lists only goods that it is entitled to sell in Kazakhstan. Before an offer is published, it provides the Operator with a document confirming title or another lawful basis for sale of the specific goods, or a declaration of own manufacture; the Operator records the reviewer, date, validity period and the link between the evidence, the Supplier and the SKU.
1.2. Upon request, the Supplier substantiates origin, quality, safety, conformity, labelling and the right to use the brand. Expiry, revocation or inapplicability of the underlying document results in the offer being hidden until it is reviewed again.
1.3. The following must not be listed:
- goods withdrawn from circulation, counterfeit or falsified goods, and goods without mandatory labelling;
- during the current pilot, any alcoholic products, irrespective of type, alcohol content, licence or supply channel;
- during the current pilot, tobacco, smoking and smokeless tobacco products, heated-tobacco products, hookah tobacco and mixtures, tobacco-heating systems, any nicotine-containing products, electronic consumption systems (vapes), and flavourings, liquids and accessories for them;
- during the current pilot, medicines, medical devices and dietary supplements, irrespective of registration, licence or any claim of therapeutic effect;
- during the current pilot, goods within the current list of socially important food products, until the contract and Order snapshot record the purchase or selling price, maximum trade mark-up and mandatory accompanying documents;
- weapons, precursors and other categories withdrawn from or restricted in circulation, without a separate legal classification, all applicable permits and the Operator's prior written clearance;
- expired, recalled or dangerous goods, or goods stored in breach of mandatory conditions;
- goods whose sale violates a court-imposed measure, an authority's direction or a third party's rights.
1.4. An internal flag, moderation or written approval by the Operator does not override the pilot prohibition. Goods are published only after the particular SKU is included in the approved allowlist; absence of a category from the prohibited list does not constitute approval.
2. Accuracy of a product card
2.1. The name, manufacturer, country of origin, ingredients, weight or volume, pack size, unit, GTIN, SKU, shelf life, storage conditions and images must correspond to the actual goods.
2.2. An offer is published only after it is linked to a verified, non-archived product card in the National Product Catalogue and its identification code. If the goods are absent from the NPC, the Supplier or another responsible person first registers them in accordance with the prescribed procedure; Open Food Facts and a manually created card do not replace the NPC.
2.3. The “Made in Kazakhstan” distinctive mark is stated only in compliance with ST RK 3837 and after the Operator verifies the basis for its use. Until a separate moderation status, product group and ranking priority are implemented, the Platform does not publish such a claim as a verified attribute.
2.4. Different goods or pack sizes must not be combined in one card; another party's GTIN must not be used; material restrictions must not be concealed; and no impression may be created that a government or other review took place when it did not.
2.5. An image must show the goods and must not contain another person's personal information, contact details intended to bypass the Platform, unlawful advertising or misleading claims.
2.6. Before placement in a public bucket, the Platform decodes and re-encodes JPEG, PNG or WebP files, limits their size and removes EXIF/XMP/ICC metadata. This technical processing is not a review of copyright, product accuracy or content permissibility; the Supplier is responsible for those matters.
3. Commercial offer
3.1. The price is stated in tenge (KZT) as the final contractual price per unit, including applicable taxes and the Supplier's costs. Stock or availability status, minimum quantity, order multiple, minimum amount and territory must be current.
3.2. When the approved tax workflow is enabled, the Platform uses structured tax profiles and immutable VAT snapshots. Those local data and PDFs are not electronic invoices or accompanying waybills for goods and do not prove government registration. The Supplier states its tax regime and VAT particulars in proper source and tax documents.
3.3. The Supplier promptly pauses an offer if goods are unavailable, a batch is recalled or the terms cannot be met. Systematically confirming goods known to be unavailable constitutes a breach.
4. Advertising materials and ranking
4.1. A banner, promotional card, sponsored placement or other incentivised promotion must be identifiable as advertising or promotion when displayed. The Supplier may not require that this label be concealed.
4.2. An advertising claim must be accurate and substantiated by documents before publication. Covert advertising, a false discount or shortage, unsubstantiated superiority, advertising prohibited goods, denigrating a competitor, and using another party's trade mark, work or image without a lawful basis are prohibited.
4.3. Promotional status affects results only to the extent disclosed in the interface and does not provide access to a competitor's non-public prices or terms. As an advertiser or advertising producer, the Supplier retains the material and all changes for one year after the last placement; as an advertising distributor, the Operator retains them for at least one month and, when also acting as advertiser or advertising producer, for one year.
5. FMCG and traceability
5.1. For food and other sensitive products, the Supplier retains batch, production-date, shelf-life, temperature-condition and traceability-document information to the extent required by law.
5.2. Upon a reasoned request from the Buyer or Operator, the Supplier provides without undue delay any certificate, declaration, veterinary, sanitary or other mandatory document relating to the supply.
5.3. If a batch is recalled, the Supplier identifies affected Orders, notifies the parties and arranges blocking, return or destruction in accordance with mandatory rules.
6. Moderation and complaints
6.1. The Operator may hide a card, request documents, merge duplicates or correct a technical classification, stating the reason. Commercial terms may not be changed without the Supplier.
6.2. A right holder's complaint or a report concerning dangerous goods is sent to webberdyev@gmail.com, identifying the complainant, goods, grounds and evidence. Knowingly false complaints are prohibited.
6.3. Urgent blocking is applied where there is a risk of harm, illegality or counterfeiting; the Supplier is given an opportunity to provide an explanation and challenge the decision.
7. Liability
7.1. The Supplier is responsible for information, goods and mandatory documents. Removal of a card does not terminate obligations relating to supplies already concluded, product recalls or claims.
7.2. The Operator is responsible for its own moderation and may not use these Rules as a basis for discriminatory or arbitrary restriction of lawful activity.
